The Multiresolution Analysis and Simulation group (MAS) is based in the Department of Electronics of the University of Bologna. The research activity is devoted to Signal Analysis and Numerical Simulation.

Signals of interest include, in particular, ultrasounds for biological and non destructive test applications. In this field, denoising, reconstruction, compression, and feature extraction problems are investigated.

MAS computational techniques are employed to simulate and characterize wave propagation and microelectronic devices.
