Biography

Alessandro Palladini aaa was born on October 17th 1981 in Sassuolo (Modena, Italy).
He got his BS and MS in Telecommunication Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bologna, Italy, in 2003 and 2005 respectevely.

He strated his PhD on January 2006 within ARCES (Advanced Research Center on Electronic Systems for Information and Communication Technologies "Ercole De Castro") under the supervison of prof. Guido Masetti.

From Agoust 2007 to February 2008 he was visting PhD at the Laboratory of Nonlinear System (LANOS) of the Echole Polytecnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), Lausanne (CH) working on bio-inspired dynamical network to help in studies of motor-related processes in primate s brain, under the supervision of prof. Martin Hasler.

On March 2009 he got his PhD in Information Techonology (EDITH), with the thesis "Statistical Methods for Biomedical Signal Analysis and Processing", focusing on techinques for Computer aided detection of Prostate Cancer.

He is currently member of Departement of Electronic, Computer Science and Systemsof the University of Bologna, Italy as postdoctoral reseacher.
